Essential Car Allowance: £840 per year

* Mileage: 45p per mile mileage reimbursement

We are now seeking a passionate, motivated Supervising Social Worker to join our warm, supportive, and highly skilled team.

About the Role

As a Supervising Social Worker, you will:

* Hold a manageable caseload of 10–12 fostering households

* Work closely with foster carers to embed therapeutic parenting in everyday practice

* Contribute to duty cover and participate in the out-of-hours rota

* Help maintain our nurturing, relationship PACE based approach

* Play a key role in ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and progress of children and young people

Who We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you are:

* A qualified Social Worker (Social Work Degree, DipSW, CQSW or equivalent)

* Registered with Social Work England

* Ideally two years post-qualified, with experience in childcare, fostering, or child protection

* Passionate about therapeutic practice and building meaningful relationships

* Enthusiastic, committed, and ready to be part of a supportive, high-performing team
