Supervisor Electrical or Mechanical

We are currently recruiting for a Supervisor to join a well-established site in Holborn. This is a great opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to step into or continue within a supervisory role in a professional, client-facing environment.

The role is Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, with a shared call-out rota and plenty of overtime available.

Key responsibilities:

Supervising and supporting one on-site engineer
Delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across building services
Working across mechanical or electrical systems depending on your bias
Acting as the main point of contact on site for the client and building occupants
Ensuring all works are completed in line with health and safety regulations
Overseeing subcontractors where required
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance across the siteRequirements:

Strong background in either mechanical or electrical building services
Previous experience in a supervisory or senior engineer role
Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
Experience working within commercial or high-end environments
Ability to manage workload, prioritise tasks, and support other engineersPackage:

Salary: £53,000
Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
Shared call-out rota
Plenty of overtime available
