An exciting opportunity for an Engineering Supervisor to work for a leading maintenance service provider on a flagship site by Liverpool Street, London. Working on a highly reputable site, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Supervisor with great progression opportunities within the contract, with several current employees working their way up the ladder.
Supervising a Shift and Day team you will be responsible for the day to day operations, overseeing the delivery of all planned and reactive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, HVAC and associated systems, whilst ensuring all compliance paperwork is kept up to date.
You will be technically qualified holding either electrical or mechanical City and Guilds / NVQ qualifications with good experience within building services maintenance.
Duties
Supervising the engineering team ensuring the delivery of PPMs & Reactive maintenance
Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.
Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods.
Organising subcontractors
Completing logbooks and RAMS
Reports
Conducting client meetings
Ensuring the Contract Manager is kept up to date on a regular basis
Liaising with client representatives in respect of corrective repair works.
Permits to work
Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary.
Requirements
City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualifications
Ability to lead an engineering maintenance team
Building Services Maintenance experience
Experienced with reporting, log books, audits
Career driven and motivated
Polite and personable
Salary and Benefits
£65,000 per annum
Monday to Friday, 8-5
25 days holiday
