Apply NowWe are seeking a highly skilled Supervisor with strong experience in carbon steel and stainless steel industrial pipework. This role involves supervising welding and fabrication teams, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in pipe welding, strong leadership skills, and experience managing teams in industrial environments such as energy facilities, chemical plants, utilities, or large‑scale engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise teams of pipe welders, pipefitters, and fabricators on industrial projects.
*
Plan daily work activities, allocate tasks, and ensure labour, materials, and equipment are available.
*
Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and enforce site safety procedures and permit‑to‑work systems.
*
Review and interpret P&IDs, isometric drawings, and fabrication sketches to guide the team.
*
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to maintain workflow and resolve issues.
*
Track progress, maintain accurate records, and report on productivity, materials, and completed work.
*
Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
