Location: Longfield | Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 | Hybrid Working
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our growing manufacturing organisation in Longfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and optimise supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency across procurement, production, and distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and demand planning
Lead and develop the supply chain team, providing guidance, training, and performance management
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance operational performance
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure reliability and quality of supply
Collaborate with production, planning, and sales teams to meet business objectives
Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and present actionable insights to senior management
Requirements:
Proven experience in supply chain management within manufacturing or a similar industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience with international supply chains is a significant advantage
Familiarity with ERP systems and planning tools
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
What We Offer:
Competitive salary of £50,000 – £60,000

Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30
