What the role looks like day to day: Jumping into classrooms that need an extra pair of hands Supporting pupils with their learning - individually or in small groups Helping teachers keep lessons running smoothly Bringing calm, kindness, and a positive attitude to busy school days Supporting pupils with additional needs where needed Making a difference - sometimes in big ways, sometimes in the little momentsNo two days or schools feel the same, and that's exactly why people love working on supply. What we're looking for: Experience working with children (doesn't have to be in a school) Someone approachable, patient, and upbeat Confidence to step into new environments Genuine enjoyment of working with young peopleIf you've worked in schools before, great - if not, but you have childcare, SEN, tutoring or youth work experience, we'd still love to chat.
