Role: Supply Teacher (PPA cover) Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire Start Date: April 2026/ASAP Contract: Flexible temporary role (day-to-day, short-term and long-term) Salary: £32,916-£45,351 pro rata per annum (depending on experience and/or qualifications) About the role We’re looking for confident, capable Primary Supply Teachers to cover PPA sessions in the afternoons across EYFS to KS2. What you will need: * QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) * Recent experience teaching (minimum of 6 weeks in a UK school) * Confidence delivering engaging lessons that are age-appropriate and accessible * Strong classroom presence and adaptable behaviour management strategies * Clear communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships quickly * A flexible, proactive mindset and a genuine passion for helping children thrive We’re fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
