Supply Teacher (Primary)

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Primary Supply Teachers to support a range of primary schools in the Cradley Heath area. As a Supply Teacher, you will step into classrooms to deliver engaging lessons, maintain a positive learning environment, and support pupils in reaching their full potential. Key Responsibilities * Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across the primary age range. * Maintain strong classroom management and create a positive learning environment. * Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of pupils with different abilities and learning needs. * Follow school lesson plans where provided, or confidently lead learning where necessary. * Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development. * Uphold school policies and ensure a safe and inclusive classroom environment. The Ideal Candidate * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) * Experience teaching within a primary school setting. * Strong classroom management skills. * Confident delivering engaging lessons that motivate pupils. * Flexible and adaptable when working in different school environments. * Able to support pupils with a variety of abilities, including those with additional needs. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
