Support Engineer
Tech stack wise you will need experience with Windows 10/11 and MacOS support and administration as well as Azure/Entra/AD administration and Microsoft 365 administration. Experience with Endpoint Management/In tune administration and running of PowerShell scripts.• End User Device provisioning, onboarding of users as well as gaining an understanding of security concepts (MFA, Conditional Access) and the Atlassian suite of ITSM equivalent tooling.
