We are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers for ongoing shifts across:

* Birkenhead

* Colwyn Bay

Role Responsibilities:

* Supporting individuals with mental health and complex needs

* Promoting independence and daily living skills

* Ensuring a safe and supportive environment

* Following care plans and safeguarding procedures

Shift Details:

* Day shifts / Long day shifts / Night shifts available

* Weekday & weekend work

Requirements:

* Minimum 6 months UK care experience

* Lone Worker Training (preferred)

* Medication Administration experience (preferred)

* Right to work in the UK
