Position: Support Worker
Location: Aylesbury
Salary: £25,857 per annum
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Join our supportive team at Trinity Court Flats, providing independent living in self-contained homes for adults with learning disabilities. We work together to create a respectful, inclusive environment where every person feels understood, valued and empowered to live confidently.
The Role
As a Support Worker, you will:
Create and follow personalised support plans
Promote daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning and budgeting
Support with medication and provide personal care with dignity
Contribute to risk assessments and management plans
Help residents achieve personal goals
Induct and mentor new staff as neededAbout You
You have experience in the care or support sector and bring a positive, compassionate approach. You communicate well, adapt to different needs and work confidently both independently and collaboratively. Flexibility is essential, as shifts include weekends and bank holidays.
