Support Worker

Support Worker (Children’s Services) Location: Caerphilly Role Overview: We are recruiting experienced Support Workers to provide children and young people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism, and complex behaviours. Responsibilities: * Provide 1:1 and 2:1 support * Support daily living & independence skills * Manage challenging behaviours safely * Maintain safeguarding & care standards * Accurate record keeping Requirements: * Minimum 6 months UK care experience * DBS (Update Service preferred) * PMVA/MAPA training desirable * Right to work in UK * Driving licence desirable but not essential
