What you will do
Deliver person centred care across residential homes, supported living and community settings. Build confidence, provide emotional support and help people thrive.
What you need
* UK work eligibility
* Minimum 6 months UK paid care experience in the last 3 years
* Enhanced DBS for England or Wales, or PVG for Scotland, or AccessNI for Northern Ireland
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Personal qualities include integrity, respect, empathy and teamwork
