Support Worker

The Role
As a Temporary Support Worker, you will:

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:
✔ Creative thinking and excellent problem-solving skills
✔ Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities
✔ A compassionate, caring and approachable nature
✔ Previous experience in children's social care, coaching, education or a similar role
✔ A full UK driving licence
✔ A Level 3 or Level 4 qualification in Children and Young People's Workforce (CYP) (desirable)
✔ A genuine passion for creating fun, engaging and memorable experiences for young people
✔ Resilience, empathy and the ability to develop positive, trusting relationships
