About the Support Worker Role

As a Support Worker, no two days are ever the same – and that's what makes this role so fulfilling. You will provide person-centred support tailored to each individual's unique needs, goals, and aspirations.

Your responsibilities may include:

Supporting individuals with daily living tasks

Encouraging independence and building confidence

Supporting individuals to access the community and take part in activities

Helping individuals achieve their dreams and personal goals

Providing emotional support and companionship

Promoting dignity, respect, and choice at all times

A Support Worker plays a vital role in empowering individuals to live happy, meaningful, and independent lives.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking someone who:

Has a compassionate and caring nature

Demonstrates patience, empathy, and understanding

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Can work independently and as part of a team

Is reliable, flexible, and committed

Is willing to complete relevant training and development

Previous experience is welcome but not essential, as we provide a comprehensive training programme.
