Join Austin Dean Recruitment, a trusted name in healthcare staffing, and become part of a friendly, professional team supporting individuals in East London. 🕒 Working Hours: • Monday to Friday only – enjoy your weekends! • 10:00am – 3:00pm (perfect for work-life balance) • Day Care Centres & Activity Hubs • Supporting Adults with Learning Disabilities ✨ What We Offer: • Regular, flexible work – choose shifts that suit you • Weekly pay – get paid every Friday (subject to timesheet confirmation) • No minimum hours commitment – work when you want • Supportive consultant – your dedicated point of contact • Opportunities for permanent roles if desired 🧠 What You’ll Be Doing: • Supporting adults with learning difficulties in structured day care environments • Helping individuals engage in daily activities and community-based programmes • Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing • Working collaboratively with experienced professionals ✅ What We’re Looking For: • A caring, proactive attitude and passion for support work • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 📋 Minimum Requirements: • Right to work in the UK with at lease 12 months of UK experience in Health & Social Care • NVQ Level 2 (or higher) in Health & Social Care • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service • Up-to-date Mandatory Training 📩 Ready to Apply?
