Job Title: Support Worker Location: Llangadog, Carmarthenshire Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Salary: £28,216.50 Based on 37.5 hours a week with one sleep-in shift. About the Role As a support worker in residential care and education, your primary responsibility will be to support residents with daily activities, fostering independence, confidence, resilience, and personal growth. You will engage in a range of farm-related and outdoor activities alongside residents, supporting their participation in social, recreational, and skill-building programmes tailored to their interests and abilities. The role involves assisting residents with social outings, including visits to local places of worship, and helping them develop life skills within a safe and supportive environment. Working closely with a dedicated team, you will contribute to a positive and enriching experience for all residents.
