Support Worker – Ongoing Agency Work | Weekly Pay

STATIM Healthcare is currently recruiting experienced Support Workers to join our growing agency team, supporting a range of supported living services, residential care homes, and specialist units across multiple locations.

This role is ideal for candidates looking for consistent shifts, flexibility, and fast bookings with reliable providers.

You will support individuals with:

* Learning disabilities

* Mental health needs

* Autism spectrum conditions

* Complex care requirements

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver person-centred care in line with individual care plans

* Support with daily living activities including personal care

* Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing

* Follow risk assessments and safeguarding protocols

* Maintain accurate records and reports

* Work collaboratively with care teams and professionals

Shift Availability

* Day shifts

* Night shifts

* Weekend shifts

* Long day shifts

Ongoing work and block bookings available

Requirements

* Minimum 6 months UK Support Worker experience

* Valid Right to Work in the UK

* Up-to-date Mandatory Training

* Enhanced DBS (preferred)

* Experience with challenging behaviour / mental health / LD (desirable)
