About the Surface Treatment Operative role;
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated Surface Treatment Operative to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of surface treatment duties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard while following company procedures and health and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities for the Surface Treatment Operative role;
* Carrying out surface preparation and treatment processes including shot peening and phosphating
* Preparing components and materials for treatment
* Operating and maintaining surface treatment equipment
* Ensuring work is completed accurately and to the required quality standards
* Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment
* Following all health and safety procedures
* Working effectively as part of a team to meet production targets
For the Surface Treatment Operative, the ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience in surface treatment or a manufacturing environment
* Reliable, punctual and hardworking
* Able to follow instructions and work independently
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
