TSA Surveying is partnering with a respected building consultancy that is looking to appoint a permanent Survey Team Manager to support their continued growth within the housing sector. Key Responsibilities Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of stock condition surveys Onboard new surveyors, including arranging induction, shadowing and training days Provide software training and ongoing performance management Lead, support and mentor a team of surveyors to ensure quality and productivity Travel across Manchester, Leeds and Stoke as requiredWhat We’re Looking For Experienced Stock Condition Surveyor (ideally 2+ years) Strong background within the housing sector Previous team-leading or supervisory experience Excellent communication and organisational skillsWhat’s on Offer Permanent position with a growing housing consultancy Competitive salary All expenses covered Bonus structure Clear progression opportunities
