Surveyor (Topographic & Measured Building)

Location: UK Wide / Site-Based (Travel Required)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Flexibility required, including night shifts where necessary

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Surveyor to join our growing team, working on a range of exciting projects across the UK. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality topographic and measured building surveys, primarily within multistorey environments, using the latest surveying technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive surveyor looking to take ownership of site activities, support junior team members, and contribute to a collaborative and safety-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities

*

Undertake topographic and measured building surveys of multistorey buildings using a range of modern surveying technologies

*

Install and maintain control networks to support survey accuracy and project requirements

*

Carry out setting out duties in line with project specifications

*

Process and manage survey data to produce accurate datasets for the creation of drawings and models

*

Contribute to the development of measured building and topographic survey drawings and models from raw survey data

*

Conduct robust quality assurance checks to ensure all outputs meet required standards and accuracies

*

Apply appropriate techniques to deliver a range of accuracy specifications depending on project scope

What We’re Looking For

Skills & Experience

*

Proven experience in topographic and measured building surveys, ideally across multistorey or complex sites

*

Competence in installing and managing control networks

*

Experience with setting out and processing survey data for deliverable production

*

Familiarity with the development of survey drawings and models (experience in producing these is desirable)

*

Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and accuracy requirements

Essential Requirements

*

Full manual UK driving licence

*

Right to work in the UK

Willingness to travel and work night shifts as required by project demands
