Sustainability Consultant- BREEAM  My Client, a market leading sustainability and building services consultancy, based in Chester is searching for a BREEAM Assessor to join their friendly team.  You will be required to work from the office on a hybrid basis.  As a BREEAM Assessor you will be expected to complete; BREEAM Assessments for RIBA stages 1-4 (pre-planning to construction phases). Manage numerous BREEAM Assessments at various stages. Sustainability certification and reporting.   Fitwell, HQM and SKA Assessments Management of projects and liaise with client to achieve compliance with building regulations, planning policy and sustainability-compliance targets.You will also have the chance to complete site visits and work on a hybrid basis.  Free parking is available within close proximity of the office. If you are BREEAM AP qualified, training can be provided by the team to reach full accreditation.   As a BREEAM Assessor you are expected to have experience working for a UK based Consultancy and ideally be based on the outskirts of Chester as you will be required to work from the office on a hybrid basis.   You will be expected to have an MSc or BSc in a relevant discipline (e.g. Environmental Management, Energy, Sustainable Engineering) and BREEAM accredited or BREEAM AP qualified.    You will also have experience completing or assisting with BREEAM Assessments, Fitwell Assessments and sustainability statements.   Candidates are also required to have a passion for delivering sustainable solutions for eco-friendly buildings from pre-planning stage to construction phase and be confident to advise clients on environmental impacts and energy efficiency.   It is also beneficial for applicants to have a professional accreditation (e.g. RICS, CIBSE or similar) and be happy to visit sites.  A valid driving licence with less than three points is required for this role.   This role offers a competitive salary, hybrid working, free parking, sick pay, benefits package, socials, training and career progression.   If this role is of interest to you, please contact Jordanna Morris at Aztrum Recruitment
