Consultant - LCA & Circular Economy £33,000 - £41,000 | London | Hybrid Overview We are seeking a motivated Consultant to join our client's team, supporting the delivery of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Circular Economy strategies across a range of projects including new builds and refurbishments. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2+ years' experience looking to further develop their technical expertise in embodied carbon and whole life carbon assessments, while gaining exposure to client-facing project work. The successful candidate will support project delivery, assist with technical analysis, and contribute to the development of sustainable design strategies. This is a hybrid role, and candidates should be within a reasonable commuting distance of the London office. Benefits Competitive Salary: £33,000-£41,000 per annum Annual Leave: 25 days per annum 26 days after 3 years of service 27 days after 5 years of service Private Health Insurance (Vitality + EAP access) Performance Holiday: Up to 12 additional days per year (discretionary) Contributory Pension Scheme Professional Membership Fees Covered Buy/Sell Holiday Scheme (up to 5 days) Enhanced Maternity & Paternity Pay Electric Car Salary Sacrifice Scheme Cycle to Work Scheme Interest-Free Season Ticket Loan Day-to-Day Support the delivery of LCA and Circular Economy assessments across multiple projects Assist in preparing technical reports and client deliverables Work closely with senior team members to develop project strategies and outputs Carry out data analysis and embodied carbon calculations Participate in client meetings and contribute to discussions Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams Responsibilities Assist in delivering Life Cycle Assessment (embodied carbon) and Circular Economy services Support whole life carbon calculations using OneClick LCA Contribute to BREEAM and GLA reporting requirements Prepare technical documentation and reports Work with senior consultants to ensure quality and accuracy of outputs Stay up to date with industry standards and best practice Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and team development Qualifications Essential: 2+ years' experience in LCA / embodied carbon / sustainability consultancy Experience supporting LCA and Circular Economy projects Familiarity with OneClick LCA (or similar tools) Understanding of BREEAM and/or GLA requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication skills and willingness to engage with clients Desirable: Formal training in OneClick LCA Exposure to GLA whole life carbon or circular economy submissions Experience working within a consultancy environment Right to Work Candidates must have unrestricted UK work authorisation.
