Job Title: Soft Furnishings Tacker

Location: Long Eaton, NG10

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £13.50 per hour

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 6:30am – 4:30pm

Friday (overtime): 6:00am – 11:00am (paid at standard rate)

Role Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Soft Furnishings Tacker to join a busy, fast-paced production environment. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail.

Key Duties & Skills

Reading and interpreting technical drawings and product specifications

Carrying out tacking and basic fabrication tasks (experience beneficial)

Working efficiently in a fast-paced production environment

Problem-solving and making practical decisions on the job

Adhering to all health & safety rules and regulations

Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors

Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Handling and moving products manually (manual handling knowledge is essential)
