About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position, ideally suited to candidates based in the Midlands, who are passionate about delivering high-quality recruitment solutions and building strong talent pipelines across a range of functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from role briefing through to offer and onboarding
* Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide strategic recruitment advice
* Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
* Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout
* Utilise recruitment data and market insights to inform hiring decisions
* Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment records
* Support employer branding initiatives and promote the organisation as an employer of choice
Requirements
* Proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role (in-house or agency)
* Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
* Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently in a remote setting
Desirable
* Experience recruiting across multiple disciplines or sectors
* Familiarity with employer branding and talent attraction strategies
* CIPD qualification or equivalent (desirable but not essential)
