Talent Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide overall strategic leadership for the Talent department.
* Lead, coach, and develop the Talent team.
* Oversee recruitment, freelancer relations, workforce planning, training standards, compliance, and talent operations across the business.
* Manage the Talent department budget.
* Act as an escalation point for complex workforce and freelancer issues.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Workforce Planning, or Talent Management within the events, live production, experiential, hospitality, or related industries.
* Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
* Strong experience overseeing freelance or contractor workforces.
* Highly developed stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
* Commercially aware with experience managing departmental budgets.
