Sixth Form Teacher – Full Time – Immediate Start UET1 A specialist school in the Kingston area of South West London is seeking a dedicated Sixth Form Teacher to join the team on a full-time basis with an immediate start. This setting supports students with additional learning needs, providing a structured, supportive environment where young people are encouraged to develop academically, socially, and personally as they prepare for adulthood. Role Responsibilities * Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Sixth Form students. * Support learners with a range of special educational needs. * Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual learning styles and abilities. * Work collaboratively with support staff and other professionals to ensure students receive appropriate support. * Promote independence, confidence, and positive engagement with learning. Requirements * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential. * Experience teaching post-16 or secondary students. * Experience working with SEN or additional learning needs is desirable. * Strong classroom management and communication skills. * A patient, adaptable and supportive approach.
