Apply NowWe are looking for a talented Science Teacher with a specialism in Biology who can deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the ability to teach Biology at Key Stage 5 being highly desirable.
The successful candidate will:
Plan and deliver outstanding Science lessons with a focus on Biology.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Monitor, assess, and support student progress effectively.
Contribute to the continued development of the Science curriculum.
Work collaboratively within a supportive and dynamic department.
Encourage students to develop curiosity, critical thinking, and a lifelong interest in science.
The Ideal Candidate
We welcome applications from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
Have a degree in Biology or a related scientific discipline.
Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and classroom practice.
Have high expectations of student achievement and behaviour.
Possess strong communication and organisational skills.
Are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
