Special Needs Teaching Assistant (Full-Time) Altrincham | Primary School Setting | Immediate Start Available Are you a passionate and dedicated Special Needs Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding full-time opportunity? Tradewind is proud to be working on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Altrincham to recruit a committed Special Needs Teaching Assistant to support pupils across the primary age range. About the School Our client school is a nurturing and forward-thinking primary setting with a strong commitment to inclusion and pupil wellbeing. Staff work collaboratively to ensure every child feels supported, valued and able to achieve their full potential. The school has a well-established SEN provision and a supportive leadership team who prioritise professional development and staff wellbeing. The Role This is a full-time position (Monday-Friday, term-time only) working with primary-aged pupils who have a range of additional needs, which may include: Autism (ASC) ADHD Speech & Language difficulties Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs Learning difficulties You may work on a 1:1 basis or provide small group support, helping pupils access the curriculum and develop socially and emotionally.
