The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team supporting students who may have social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, or who have experienced barriers to mainstream education. You will play a key role in helping pupils re-engage with learning and develop both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
Assisting the teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons
Managing behaviour positively and effectively
Building strong, professional relationships with pupils
Supporting students' emotional wellbeing and personal development
Contributing to a safe and inclusive learning environmentWhat We're Looking For:
Previous experience working with secondary-aged pupils or in a similar setting
A calm, patient, and resilient approach
Strong behaviour management skills
A genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs
