The school offers a nurturing, structured environment where every pupil's learning journey is tailored to them. 💡 The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you'll support pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis, helping to deliver personalised learning and build strong, trusting relationships. You'll work closely with teachers and wider staff to support both educational progress and emotional development, while encouraging independence, confidence, and life skills. 🌱 Why SEN?
