About the Role Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with special educational needs Support students across Early Years, Primary and Secondary (ages 4–16) Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons Support pupils with needs such as Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language needs and learning difficulties Encourage student engagement, independence and confidence in learning Help maintain a positive and structured classroom environment The Ideal SEN Teaching Assistant Will: Have experience working with children or young people with SEN Be patient, caring and supportive in their approach Have strong communication and teamwork skills Be confident supporting pupils with different learning needs Be adaptable and able to work across different age groups Why Work with Choice Teachers?
