Job Title: Teaching Assistant, Secondary School (Coventry – CV1)

Start Date: April 2026 or Immediate

Contract: Full-Time (37.5 Hours a Week), Term Time Only

Pay: £92.62–£100 per day (PAYE – no umbrella deductions) / approx. £463–£500 weekly

Job Description:

We are working with a Secondary School in CV1 Coventry who are seeking a Teaching Assistant to support pupils across KS3 and KS4. The school has a strong focus on inclusion and student progress.

You will support classroom learning, assist with small group interventions and help pupils stay engaged in lessons across a range of subjects.

Key Requirements:

• Experience working with young people

• Strong communication and behaviour management skills

• Two recent and relevant references

• Right to work in the UK
