Role Details • SEN Teaching Assistant – Key Stage 1 • Full-time, long-term position • Located in Newham • Outstanding Ofsted-rated school About the Role The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will provide 1:1 support for a pupil with Autism and ADHD. The pupil benefits from structured support to help maintain focus, stay engaged with learning, and manage transitions between activities. The role requires someone who is attentive, adaptable, and able to recognise early signs when the pupil may need support or a change in activity. With the right strategies and consistent support, the pupil responds well and continues to make progress.
