About the Role
At Supply Desk, we are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work in a welcoming school in High Wycombe. This is a fantastic opportunity to support students in a nurturing environment while gaining valuable experience, with the potential for a permanent position.
We work closely with our partner schools to match passionate individuals with roles where they can truly make a difference.
Key Responsibilities
Support students with a variety of learning needs in both small groups and one-to-one settings
Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Work alongside teachers to plan and deliver tailored interventions
Encourage positive behaviour and support students’ emotional and social development
Assist in monitoring progress and providing feedback to the teaching team
Ideal Candidate
Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A patient, resilient, and adaptable approach
Ability to build strong relationships with students and staff
A genuine passion for supporting learning and development
