Key Attributes of the Ideal Teaching Assistant
First aid experience and relevant qualifications are highly desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
Level 3 NVQ or CACHE qualification or above (preferred, but not essential).
Familiarity with ELSA or Thrive programmes (preferred, but not essential).
A caring, empathetic and patient approach.
