What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work closely with teachers and school staff to support pupils with a variety of academic, social, and behavioural needs. No two days will be the same, but your impact will be felt every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting pupils during lessons to keep them focused and engaged

Assisting with literacy and numeracy activities

Encouraging positive behaviour through consistency and clear guidance

Helping to create a structured, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment

Collaborating with teachers and other staff to support student progress

This is a practical role where you’ll directly contribute to pupils’ development and success.

You don’t need formal qualifications — we value attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn above all else.

Positive role models with a confident approach

Flexible and open to working in different school environments

Strong communicators who thrive in a team

Experience in education, childcare, coaching, youth work, or care is a bonus — but not essential.

Essential Requirement

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required, as you may need to travel between schools at short notice.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
