Teaching Assistant – Full Time (CF3) I am looking for an experienced and adaptable Teaching Assistant to join a large, welcoming primary school in the CF3 area after Easter. This role will continue until the end of the academic year, with the potential for extension for the right candidate. The successful applicant will work flexibly across different classes throughout the week, providing both general classroom support and one-to-one assistance for pupils who require additional help. Role responsibilities include: Supporting pupils across Foundation Phase and KS2 with their learning and development. Providing one-to-one support for pupils with additional needs, following guidance from the class teacher and ALNCo. Assisting with classroom management, group activities, and the preparation of resources. Building positive relationships with pupils, helping to promote confidence, independence and engagement. Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff to ensure high-quality provision across the school. We are looking for someone who: Has proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar school-based role. Is confident supporting a range of age groups and learning needs. Demonstrates patience, empathy and excellent communication skills. Can use their initiative and work well as part of a team. Is available full time from after Easter until July 2026. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position.
