Winner Education are recruiting an experienced primary school teaching assistant on behalf of our primary school client in the Erdington area. This a full time, long-term role, starting as soon as possible.
The successful primary school teaching assistant will:
Provide in-class support to pupils to help them access the curriculum
Work alongside teachers to support learning activities and lesson delivery
Offer one-to-one or small group support where required
Support pupils with their engagement, confidence, and progress
Assist during break times, lunch, and wider school activities
Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
