Teaching Assistant Opportunity – Teaching Personnel (Sleaford & Surrounding Areas) Location: Sleaford / Grantham / Surrounding Villages Contract: Flexible (Day‑to‑day, Short‑term, Long‑term) Start Date: ASAP / Ongoing Agency: Teaching Personnel Partnership: Proudly working with Our Lady of Lourdes Multi‑Academy Trust and additional Lincolnshire primary schools About the Role Teaching Personnel are seeking caring, proactive and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support schools across the Sleaford area. Through our strong partnership with Our Lady of Lourdes MAT, along with several other local primaries, we are able to offer regular and reliable work suited to your availability and experience. Roles may include: General classroom TA support 1:1 SEN support Small group interventions EYFS, KS1 or KS2 support Whether you’re experienced, newly trained, or looking to begin a rewarding career in education, we have opportunities to suit you.
