Teaching Assistant (SEN Support) Location: Sutton Coldfield B75 Daily Pay Rate: £(Apply online only) Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only) Start Date: 13/04/2026 Contract: Long-Term, Temp to Perm A well-regarded, two-form entry primary school in Sutton Coldfield is looking for a committed Teaching Assistant to join their KS1 team. You will support pupils with SEN and those working below age-related expectations, helping to close learning gaps and build confidence. The school offers a nurturing environment with a strong focus on inclusion and pupil progress. Responsibilities: Deliver targeted interventions in phonics, literacy and numeracy Provide 1:1 SEN support and small group work Work closely with the class teacher to adapt learning activities Support behaviour management and engagement in lessons Track pupil progress and provide feedback to staff What We're Looking For: Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning (or relevant Level 3 qualification) Experience working in a primary school, ideally within KS1 Strong understanding of phonics and early learning strategies Experience supporting SEN and lower ability pupils Calm, adaptable and enthusiastic approach Why Work with Long Term Futures?
