The Role:
Provide 1:1 support to students with high needs
Assist with educating, mobility, and communication needs
Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to deliver holistic support
Promote independence and emotional well-being through structured routines and encouragement
Trial-to-Permanent Pathway:
This position starts on a temporary basis, offering the opportunity to build confidence and familiarity with the team and students. For the right candidate, this role can lead to a permanent contract—an ideal pathway if you're looking to grow within a supportive environment.
