Sanza Teaching Agency is working with a large 'Good' Ofsted-rated primary school in Enfield that is looking to appoint enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join their team this September.

The Role:

You will be:

Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
Assisting children with additional learning needs
Helping to deliver engaging classroom activities
Working closely with class teachers to support progress
Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environmentHours:

Monday to Friday
8:30am - 4:00pm
Full-time, long-term role starting September Pay:

£95 per day (PAYE)
Pay increase after 12 weeks in placementWe are looking for:

Outgoing, confident, and proactive individuals
Passionate about supporting children's learning
Experience in schools, childcare, or youth work (desirable)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive, can-do attitude
