You’ll work closely with pupils who have a range of academic, social, and behavioural needs, helping them stay engaged, regulated, and ready to learn. This is a hands-on role where confidence, consistency, and a positive mindset are essential. Experience in education, care, or youth work is beneficial—but attitude and resilience matter most.  Travel Requirement: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential, as travel between schools may be required at short notice.
