TITLE: Teaching support staff needed for FLEXIBLE work in secondary schools across South East London. Principal Education is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable individuals to work as teaching assistants and unqualified cover teachers in secondary schools across South East London. These are flexible daily supply roles – you choose when you’re available. No formal teaching qualifications are required, though previous experience working with young people is highly desirable. THE ROLES: · Teaching Assistant: Support small groups of pupils with SEN or behavioural needs, or provide 1:1 support to help create an inclusive classroom. · Unqualified Cover Teacher: Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher, managing behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
