Role: Team Leader
Location: Mildenhall, Suffolk
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – Full time hours
Rate of pay: £15.50 per hour
Capacity of role: Temporary to permanent position

Our client is a leading manufacturer in the local area and looking for an addition to their workshop at this busy time of growth.
Candidates will have worked in the manufacturing sector and will be looking to step up in a leadership role or be a similar position currently.

Main duties will include –
 Setting up and operation of various production based machinery
 Identifying and troubleshooting problematic areas and raising these to management
 Leading a team of 4 setters and operators to motivate, guide and develop their skill set.
 Using measuring instruments to inspect parts for accuracy and quality
 Leading by example and providing guidance to the team
 Ensuring all work is completed accordingly to specifications and deadlines.

Candidate attributes –
 Good communication skills
 Hands on working experience with workshop based machinery
 Being health and safety conscious and working to ISO 9001 practises
 Happy to support with day to day machining operations working on brake and punch presses
