We're working with an established care provider seeking a confident, approachable Team Leader to support young adults as they develop independence and build fulfilling lives within their local community.

The role
*
Lead, motivate and support a team of Support Workers.
*
Ensure high-quality, person-centred support.
*
Help young adults develop independence, confidence and everyday living skills.
*
Oversee support plans, risk assessments and medication procedures.
*
Support staff induction, training, supervision and development.
*
Promote meaningful activities and community involvement.
*
Maintain safeguarding, quality and regulatory standards.
*
Work closely with management to ensure the smooth running of services.
What we're looking for
*
Experience within supported living, adult social care or a similar setting.
*
Previous team-leading, shift-leading or senior support experience.
*
Good safeguarding knowledge and a person-centred approach.
*
Confidence supporting staff, managing daily priorities and maintaining accurate records.
*
An understanding of medication procedures, risk assessments and the Mental Capacity Act.
*
A positive, reliable and approachable leadership style.
*
Flexibility to work across services within Worcester.
