Our client is looking for an Administrator to work within theirteam on the A30/A35 DBFO, Rockbeare Exeter. Overview: An Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of an organisation by providing efficient administrative support. This position involves a variety of tasks ranging from managing correspondence and organising files to coordinating meetings and supporting the wider team. Administrators are essential in maintaining order, boosting productivity, and fostering a professional office environment. Main Responsibilities: * Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and postal correspondence. * Maintaining and updating electronic and paper filing systems for records, correspondence, and other documents. * Scheduling, organising, and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events for staff members. * Preparing and distributing agendas, minutes, and reports for meetings. * Assisting with data entry, document preparation, and general office tasks as required. * Managing office supplies and placing orders as necessary to ensure the workplace is well-stocked. * Greeting visitors and providing support to guests and stakeholders. * Ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures. * Any other administrative tasks that may be required.
