Technical Coordinator

I am looking for a Technical Coordinator for my client due to start as soon as possible.

Roles and Responsibilities

-Support residential construction projects from design through to delivery

-Manage technical drawings and documentation

-Coordinate consultants and design teams

-Ensure compliance with building regulations, and provide technical support throughout the build process

Requirements
-Degree in building/quantity surveyor or closely related subject required
-Experience working within an architectural/design environment within residential housing
