Technical Incoming Inspector

Our client has an opportunity for a Technical Incoming Inspector to join them on a contract basis until November 2026. You will be carrying out Inspection, Quality Control and Quality Assurance Functions. Role: Technical Incoming Inspector Location: Belfast - fully onsite Hours: 36 per week Clearance: BPSS required before starting Hourly Rate: £31.90 per hour via Umbrella, inside IR35 What you'll be doing: Carrying out Inspection, Quality Control and Quality Assurance Functions. Ensuring product compliance with design specification, customer and approving authority requirements and regulations. Providing instruction and advice to operators as and when required. Monitoring the Delegated Operator Scheme. Working flexibly in groups. Writing technical reports to highlight drawing, process and tooling anomalies to instigate investigation and corrective action.Requirements: Applicants must have completed a recognised electrical or mechanical apprenticeship and have a minimum of 2 years' relevant post apprenticeship experience in an electrical aerospace environment or a manufacturing/assembly or tooling environment. Candidates must be familiar with quality control requirements. The ability to interpret drawings and specifications, and to communicate effectively is essential. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a knowledge of Company manufacturing and assembly practices, requirements and standards.
